By registering and participating in the NY Elites league, the player acknowledges that participation
in league activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. Participation is
voluntary, and the player agrees to take part with full understanding of these risks.
The player agrees to comply with all league rules, regulations, schedules, and safety guidelines as
established by NY Elites. The player understands that it is their responsibility to be informed of
and adhere to all league requirements.
The player agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless NY Elites, its organizers, officials,
volunteers, sponsors, partners, and venues from any claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of
action arising from or related to participation in the league.
The player understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for any medical or other costs
resulting from injuries sustained while participating in the tournament.
NY Elites reserves the right to establish, amend, or modify league rules, schedules, policies, and
procedures at any time as deemed necessary. The player agrees to comply with all decisions made by
the league.
By proceeding with registration and/or payment, the player confirms that the information provided is
accurate and that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
